THE THEATER BALL ROOM
Step into a space where history and modern elegance meet, our 3,000 square-foot ballroom is a showstopper. At its heart is a 20-foot stage, framed by intricate hand-carved trim and a dramatic authentic red velvet curtain, setting the tone for unforgettable performances and gatherings.
✨ Historic architecture surrounds you, with hand-painted murals, original chandeliers, and a warm glow from perimeter and spot lighting. The room comfortably seats 150 guests for dining or 350 in theater-style seating, making it ideal for everything from galas to concerts.
🎤 Behind the scenes, enjoy modern updates including a premium sound system, a 15-foot retractable projection screen, and a dedicated sound booth for seamless production. A pass-through bar and concession stand adds convenience without compromising charm.

THE LIBRARY
This charming space features book adorned walls, original artwork that hung on the walls nearly 140 years ago, lots of cushy, plush seating, casual end tables, a puzzle table, study space, and Wi-Fi. It is perfect for smaller groups desiring round table discussion. small corporate groups, book clubs, study groups, bridal and baby showers, and more.

THE UPPER GREEN ROOM
This quant space features a modern ready-room with digital makeup bar and stools, kitchenette with dishwasher, private toilette, corner seating, and Wi-Fi. It is perfect for a bride or guest of honor to spend quiet time getting ready for their special event. This space may also be rented by anyone for photo ops or to do makeup trials. Mirrors are touch operated with a variety of hues for several skin tones and times of day. Multiple outlets provide plenty of power for styling tools and the long counter provides surface space for products, and personal items.
The kitchen features a stainless sick with water tap and drinking water faucet, plenty of storage space for snacks and products, and a corner counter for coffee, ice, food, and beverages. An under-counter dishwasher is a convenient feature for personal food-storage containers, sports bottles, and utensils to be cleaned during the celebration so they can be carried back home clean. Now isn't that nice?

THE SUITE
The Suite is a combination of the Library and the Upper Green Room, providing an ample sized room for a bridal party to gather on the day of, or for a small show or lecture with the green room as a stage.
