PENNY found her footing in the kitchen when she began her career in hospitality at the age of 16 at McDonald's as a grill cook. Penny is a customer service specialist and understands the importance of vision and creativity, which she translates into everything she does, including cooking, presentation, service, and delivery.

 

Penny advocates and emits beauty in service, product, and courtesy and believes that the only way to promise the best is to have a staff she trusts. "Every single person on my staff possesses a certain degree of talent and expertise, that once it is truly discovered, that person has the innate ability to knock it out of the park! This is the single most important element in what we do, for if my staff is happy.. so will be the client."
